Are you insured and accredited? Yes. We hold public liability insurance, employers liability, all of our team members are qualified and accredited for their relevant trade.

Bathrooms

How long does a bathroom renovation take? A standard bathroom refit typically takes 1-2 weeks. Larger projects involving structural changes, moved plumbing, or bespoke tiling can take up to 3 weeks. We agree on a realistic timeline with you before work starts and keep you updated throughout.
Will I be without a bathroom during the work? If it's your only bathroom, we plan the schedule to minimise disruption and can discuss temporary arrangements with you in advance. Most households manage well with some planning.
Do you handle building regulations and waterproofing? Yes — waterproofing (tanking), electrical safety zones, and any required building control sign-off are all managed as part of the project, not left for you to sort out separately.
Kitchens
How much does a new kitchen cost? Kitchen costs depend heavily on layout, cabinetry, and worktop choice — from around £8,000 for a straightforward fit to £20,000+ for a bespoke design with premium materials like solid oak worktops or custom joinery. We'll give you a clear, itemised quote after seeing the space.
Can you work with a kitchen I've already ordered (e.g. from IKEA or a showroom)? Yes, we can fit kitchens supplied by other retailers, as well as designing and sourcing bespoke kitchens ourselves.
Do you handle appliance installation and electrics? Yes. Plumbing, electrics, and appliance fitting are all coordinated as part of the job, so you're not managing multiple separate tradespeople.

Who handles waste removal? We do — site clearance and waste removal are included as standard, so you're not left with skips or rubble to deal with.
Can I stay in the property during the renovation? In most cases, yes. We keep work areas contained and tidy, and communicate clearly about which parts of the property will be affected on which days.
